Returns and Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you’d like to return your artwork, please see our returns policy below:
Damaged or Incorrect Original Painting Returns:
- If your original painting arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 working days of delivery.
- Please keep the packaging and item intact until we’ve guided you through the next steps.
- Please provide clear photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.

We’ll arrange a full refund at no extra cost to you providing the artwork is returned in its original condition and packaging.
- We will gladly pay for return shipping. Please contact us about a return shipping label.
- You will have 14 days in total from the date of receipt to complete the return.

Refund Process for Original Artwork:
- Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and confirm the approval of your refund.
- If approved, a full refund including shipping costs will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Fine Art Print Returns:
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. Therefore, their Return Policy applies.

What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at lesliebosakart@gmail.com!
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at lesliebosakart@gmail.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
Commissioned Artwork from my Studio:
- Since commissioned pieces are made specifically for you, they are non-refundable.
- However, we work closely with you throughout the process, providing regular updates and ensuring you’re happy at every stage.
- If there’s ever an issue with a commissioned piece, please reach out to us — we’ll always do our best to resolve it.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
